Lenovo's AI Laptops Steal the Show at MWC 2025
Lenovo is making waves at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 with its latest lineup of laptops, boasting impressive generative AI features. Headlining the announcements is the Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition, a collaboration with Intel that promises a more personalized and productive computing experience.
Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition: Power and Brilliance
The Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition packs a serious punch with its Intel Core Ultra processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU. The RTX 5070 is particularly exciting as it's Lenovo's most accessible entry into the RTX 50 series.
But the visual experience is where this laptop truly shines. The 16-inch 3.2K PureSight Pro display features a double layer of OLED pixels, cranking up the brightness to a stunning 1600 nits while also improving power efficiency. Content creators will also appreciate the 100% coverage of sRGB, P3, and Adobe RGB color gamuts, ensuring accurate and vibrant colors. The Aura edition, like its predecessors, includes the Lenovo Creator Zone, an AI suite designed to simplify the use of creative applications.
Mark your calendars: The Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition is slated for release in the second quarter of 2025, starting at $1,799.
IdeaPad Slim 3x: Copilot+ for Everyone
Lenovo is also democratizing AI with the IdeaPad Slim 3x, a Copilot+ PC powered by the Snapdragon X chip. This aims to bring the power of Copilot+ to a wider audience. The IdeaPad Slim 3x can handle AI tasks directly on the device and features a dedicated key for Microsoft's Copilot assistant.
Storage limitations? Not a problem! The IdeaPad Slim 3x includes an open SSD slot, allowing users to easily expand their storage capacity. Available starting this month, the IdeaPad Slim 3x starts at an affordable $649.
