Copilot Gone Missing? Microsoft's Oops!
Oops! Did your Windows Copilot vanish into thin air after the latest update? Don't worry, you're not alone! It seems Microsoft's March 11th update had a little hiccup and "unintentionally uninstalled and unpinned" Copilot for some users. Think of it as a surprise spring cleaning...gone a little too far.
Microsoft is on the case, though, and is "working on a resolution" to bring our AI assistant back. In the meantime, if you're missing Copilot, you can grab it again from the Microsoft Store and pin it back to your taskbar. Easy peasy!
It's funny because ever since Copilot landed on Windows in 2023, some folks have been trying to get rid of it! If you were one of them, this update was a lucky break. But for those who love having Copilot around, fear not, it'll be back soon.
Microsoft is still betting big on Copilot. They're even working on a "Copilot for Gaming" to help gamers within the Xbox app. Plus, they're making some of Copilot's premium AI features, like Voice mode, available for free. It sounds like Microsoft has even more Copilot goodies planned for their 50th anniversary event in April, so stay tuned!
