Apple Sued Over False Advertising of Apple Intelligence Features

The plaintiffs are seeking class-action status and damages for those who purchased Apple Intelligence-capable devices based on the promise of advanced AI features. However, the plaintiffs argue that the actual Apple Intelligence features offered were "significantly limited or entirely absent," misleading consumers about their utility and performance.

Recent reports suggest internal challenges, with Bloomberg reporting that Apple CEO Tim Cook has lost confidence in the leadership of AI head John Giannandrea regarding product development.
